		<description>as an apprentice glass artist i found this while doing research for other stuff. Yes its a cautionary tale, but in glass art, as I am sure in software development, we can&#039;t be afraid to fail. we have to take a clinical approach to how we create glass. If it fails, oh well, we learned, and can apply our knowledge to the next project. What the public does not know about glassblowing is, even at the master level, alot of things break. There&#039;s alot of shattered glass to attest to our learning curve, or at least my own. Definitely happy planning, and take joy in the planning, but don&#039;t be afraid to fail too! :)</description>
